Where do I board the boat?

When do I have to be there?

Please be ready to board 15 minutes before your sailing time. Private charters can board 30 minutes before sailing time.

Parking

Millstone Point at Shamrock has its own parking, just take a ticket when you come through the barrier. There is 2 hours free parking then any subsequent time must be paid for at a ticket machine before you drive out. There is also a handy QR code on the boat and the pier exit gate, simply scan then pay when you are ready to leave.

Coaches

Take a ticket, then drive through the barrier and follow the signs down to Millstone Point where there is dedicated coach parking next to the boarding gate. Depending on activity at Shamrock coaches may have to back up to turn around, Blue Funnel staff are happy to assist with this.

Card Payments

While we can take card payments on the boat the machines can sometimes be slow so bringing cash can be helpful for quick service.

Wheelchair Access

Manual wheelchairs can access the boat but you will need assistance for this and crew are not able to accommodate you due to Health & safety regulations. The boat has a flight of stairs to the upper deck but toilet facilities are situated on the lower deck.
